Online Purchases

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you do require a refund please follow the process below.

Returns must be made within 14 days from receiving your parcel. We will not be able to accept a return after this period. 

Please email detailing your order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. We will  acknowledge your return request and provide you with the return address to send your items.

Your item must be unworn/unused and in the condition that you received it. Please note that sale items are non refundable. 

Pack your items, along with the order summary document in the original packaging or a secure postal box/bag. It is your responsibility to pay for the postage costs when returning goods to us. We recommend using a service that you can track. We will not be responsible for any lost returns.  

In Store Purchases

In store purchases are exchange only.  Please bring your item back into store with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.  We do not offer exchanges without a receipt.  

Your item must be unworn/unused.
